Councilman Reggie Harris will pick who replaces Greg Landman on City Council
Enquirer: “When Councilman Greg Landsman, a Democrat, was re-elected to Cincinnati City Council in 2021 he designated council's seven other Democratic council members to choose his replacement should he be unable to complete his term.
Now, with Landsman elected to the 1st Congressional District seat, that's easier said than done. Public record laws forbid a group of council members to together, out of the public eye, make that decision. So rather than examine candidates publicly, Landsman tapped Councilman Reggie Harris to make the pick.”
